Kaelani Coffee Roasting was born from two things we love deeply: family and coffee.

What started as a simple hobby in our home slowly became a passion. We spent countless hours learning the craft of roasting, experimenting with profiles, and chasing that perfect balance of aroma, body, and flavor. Coffee became more than a drink to us; it became a ritual, a connection, and a way to bring people together.

Then something even more meaningful happened: our granddaughter was born.

As we began talking about turning our passion into a business, her arrival felt like perfect timing. Naming our roastery Kaelani was never a question. She represents new beginnings, legacy, and the future. Everything we hope this business stands for.
