Due to the nature of our small-batch, freshly roasted coffee, we do not accept returns. All sales are final — no returns or exchanges accepted.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
